By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We provide products through ArabiaDropshipping and ensure product quality; however, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
All users must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
Customers must pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
Orders will only be processed after confirmation via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the shipping address provided.
š Delivery Terms
Orders are dispatched within 1ā3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
You will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for courier delays, shipping damage, or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Refusing to accept a confirmed COD order may result in a ban from placing future orders.
š Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for the following reasons:
Damaged or broken items
Expired products
Incorrect items received
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, with valid photo or video proof.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Ā Returns are not accepted for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “no longer needed.”
š Store Credit Program
If a return is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the product price (excluding any shipping costs).
This store credit can be used for future purchases only.
Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
